GENERAL CONDITIONS

Art. 1 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

The purpose of this agreement is to set rules which are read and freely accepted without reservation by the customer. The provisions of articles 1952 et seq. of the civil code, relating to hoteliers, as well as the legal provisions relating to residential leases are not applicable, in particular with regard to maintaining the premises. The customer must therefore take advantage of a tax domiciliation (in a completely other place than the establishment) which implies that any domiciliation in the residence, privately or professionally, is strictly prohibited.

Art. 2 RESERVATION

Any reservation request signifies the customer's reading of the General Conditions of Sale and total acceptance of them without reservation.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a bank card (Visa, Eurocard Mastercard) valid during the stay.

Any reservation signifies acceptance of payment of the stay in full, cleaning fees in the amount of 135 Euros and tourist taxes in force on the day of reservation.

Without receipt of adequate payment upon reservation, the sale will be considered void. Any refusal to pay the remainder of a reservation within the specified time frame will de facto render the sale void and the amount paid by the customer will be kept without the traveler being able to claim any damage.

Art. 3 PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The total amount of the invoice including stay fees, cleaning fees and collection of tourist tax will be debited on the date of reservation or at the latest 90 days before the start date of the stay.A traveler who has not provided a valid means of payment is considered to have canceled his or her trip.If a third party pays for the traveler, this person must sign the credit card receipt and provide valid identification.Payment methods and terms°Bank cards (Visa Amex – Eurocard / Mastercard°Bank transfers (only with our agreement - transfer costs payable by the customer)°We do not accept checks.

Art. 4 CANCELLATION, NO SHOW and INTERRUPTION OF STAY

We advise you to take out personal cancellation insurance tailored to your needs.

4-1 CANCELLATION

• Any request to cancel your stay must be made in writing [email, letter (return letter determining the cancellation date).

Cancellation is free for 48 hours, provided the traveler cancels at least 14 days before scheduled arrival. However, a lump sum of 50 euros will remain with the establishment to cover reservation and cancellation costs.

• After this period, travelers can cancel up to 7 days before their scheduled arrival and receive a refund of 50% of the price of the stay, the full cleaning fee and the amount collected as tourist tax.

• Less than 7 days (148 hours) before their scheduled arrival, only the cleaning fees and the amount collected as tourist tax will be refunded.

4-2 NO SHOW AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY

The customer will not be able to claim any compensation or reimbursement for a NO SHOW, or if he shortens or interrupts his stay for any reason whatsoever or if he does not pay the remainder of the reservation within the time limit specified by email.

Art. 5 ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES

5-1 TRAVELER IDENTIFICATION

Upon arrival, the traveler must be in possession of a valid identity document. Access to accommodation will be under strict conditions of reconciliation between the holder, the identity document and the reservation information.

Any impossibility of reconciliation is the total responsibility of the traveler and will result in the cancellation of the reservation under the conditions.

5-2 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Arrivals will be between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and departures before 10:00 a.m.

An arrival after 8:00 p.m. or a late departure is possible under conditions and with our agreement.

Art. 6 PRICES

The current prices, displayed on the website, are indicated in local currency (euro) VAT included. They only include the provision of accommodation.A mandatory cleaning fee of 135 Euros is charged when booking.The local tourist tax is collected upon booking according to the amount in force.

Art. 7 MAINTAINING THE PREMISES PROVIDED - DEPOSIT

7-1 DEGRADATION - MAINTENANCE

The traveler takes responsibility for reporting any anomaly, missing or damaged items within 24 hours of arrival.

The traveler undertakes to cover the costs incurred by repairs or replacement of broken or damaged objects, costs linked to damage to the accommodation unit and additional hygiene and cleaning costs (art 7-5) not included in the cleaning fee, which the establishment will have noted after departure.

The accommodation unit is made available to the traveler in perfect condition, the traveler must return it in good condition, that is to say, which does not require additional cleaning to the cleaning service invoiced. Any failure will be billed at the actual cost of the intervention.

7-2 NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT

The establishment is non-smoking, including vaping.

Any failure will result in the immediate withdrawal of the entire deposit (corresponding to non-compliance with the establishment's policy, to the detriment of not being able to re-rent the accommodation immediately and to cleaning costs) with an immediate end and without any recourse for the traveler.

7-3 ANIMALS

Animals are not accepted within the establishment.

7-4 PARTIES AND NOISE NUISANCES

Parties and noise pollution are prohibited in the establishment at any time.

7-5 FURNITURE

It is prohibited to move furniture.

7-6 HYGIENE AND HOUSEHOLD

An end-of-stay cleaning service in the amount of 135 Euros is obligatorily and automatically subscribed to when booking.

This service covers a household resulting from the current use of the establishment and its equipment. Any additional intervention will be subject to a deduction from the deposit or invoicing.

The following remains the sole responsibility of the traveler before departure:

- Cleaning the kitchen, dishes and appliances

- Elimination of trash and waste in appropriate containers made available nearby by the city

- Elimination of food stored in the refrigerator/freezer and in cupboards.

7-7 EMERGENCY INTERVENTION

The establishment reserves the right to enter the rented accommodation unit for reasons of maintenance, hygiene, control and/or security.

7-8 BANK DEPOSIT

A bank guarantee deposit of €1,500 is due no later than 28 hours before the traveler's arrival.

The security deposit is made by pre-authorization of a credit card.

Checks, cash or other means of guarantee are not accepted.

The security deposit will be returned within 48 hours after the end of your stay, after deduction of costs incurred for repairs or replacement of broken or damaged items, costs related to damage to the accommodation unit and additional costs of hygiene and cleaning (art 7-5) not included in the cleaning package, which the establishment will have noted after the traveler's departure.

Art. 8 DURATION OF STAY

Renewal request: Subject to availability and at the discretion of the establishment, the length of stay may be extended at the rate in effect for the period. In the event of an accepted extension of stay and application of a new price, this will be applicable from the signing of the new agreement corresponding to the new agreed accommodation period.

In the event of early departure, the applicable price will be that corresponding to the entire stay without any possible complaint (Ref: Art. 4).

Art. 9 TERMINATION

The agreement will be terminated automatically, without formality or delay in the event of non-performance by the traveler of one of his obligations or in the case of behavior not respecting the internal regulations and/or the general conditions of sale.

. Under these conditions, their stay will be ended immediately and without compensation, without prejudice to any claims for compensation that the establishment and third parties could assert against the traveler.

Art. 10 RESPONSIBILITIES

The establishment cannot be held responsible in the event of theft or damage to customers' personal effects in the accommodation unit. This framework of responsibilities also extends to all other dependencies of the establishment.However, certain precautions can prevent the traveler from possible inconvenience, in particular by checking that the doors and windows of your accommodation units are correctly closed when you are away.

Art. 11 INTERNET USE

The purpose of this article is to define the rules for using the establishment's WiFi connection. In particular it specifies the responsibilities of users, in accordance with the legislation and in order to allow normal and optimal use of this Internet service.The establishment's Wi-Fi network offers people with a mobile device equipped with Wi-Fi the possibility of connecting to the Internet for free.

11-1 USE

People wishing to use the Wifi network must connect to the establishment's network and insert the password given with the contract or upon arrival. Access is reserved for people with a rental contract and only during the rental period.

11-2 COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS IN FORCE

Each user is legally responsible for their use of this connection.He undertakes to respect the rules of computer ethics and in particular:

- not to disclose the network password to others

- to report any problem with the equipment to the hosting manager

- to use the means made available to him provision in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, and in particular:

- do not consult sites of a racist, pedophilic nature or inciting hatred and violence.

- not commit crimes and acts of piracy that infringe the rights of others and the safety of individuals.

- not to intentionally carry out operations which could have the consequences of:

- masking one's true identity

- altering, modifying data or accessing information belonging to other users of the network

- interrupting or disrupt the normal operation of the network or one of the systems connected to the network

- modify or destroy information on one of the systems

- connect or attempt to connect to a site without being authorized Connection to the Internet by a minor is under the responsibility and supervision of the person who concluded the rental contract or an adult designated by the latter. No content filters are installed.

Art. 12 ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION IN CASE OF DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, the parties recognize that the competent jurisdiction will be that of the establishment.

Art. 13 INTERNAL RULES

In order to make life easier during your stay, internal regulations are made available in the accommodation unit. We thank you for reading it and respecting it.
